Jon Ratcliffe, Trustee
Jonathan has been an active member of the local community and Oundle Baptist Church since 2005. He is a keen sportsman, who has represented his country at swimming in his youth and is also a qualified pilot. Now a father of 5 he enjoys spending his weekends outdoors with his family as much as possible.
Over the years Jonathan benefited enormously from several scholarship schemes and these helped to fire his desire to invest time and energy in helping young people.
‘I believe in outreach because of my own experience, and want the wider community of Oundle to benefit from God's blessing,' he says. 'My vision is for
to continue its success, drawing alongside individuals through activity-led experience and imparting the Christian message to the young people we support.'

Naomi Brewer, Project Manager, The Pit Stop
Naomi is a local Mum and Teacher, with many coffee hours under her belt to show for it! Always up for a challenge, a lover of mountains and adventure sports. She loves getting lost just to see where it takes her and is most at home when covered in mud and grease from a good day's mountain biking.
Studying Geology was a great excuse to spend weeks trekking up and down mountains. Some of her favourite moments have been biking from Paris to Milan, leading a charity team to Ecuador, running a detached youth work project in Peterborough, and taking her young family to live in Uzbekistan for 3 months.
Naomi believes in young people. They are living in an increasingly fast paced, global and challenging world. A world we oldies know little about. Her dream is to encourage individuals to find their own voice, and have the courage to let it shape their world.

Tom Brewer, Project Manager, The Pit Stop
Tom sees every moment in life as a problem solving opportunity. He knows enough to know that he knows nothing, so enjoys talking about nearly anything to nearly anyone. He can get a little over excited at times. (Apparently he is quite difficult to live with.)
Tom thinks of everything in life as a competition, but enjoys losing as much as winning. He squanders much of his time as a Chemical Engineer in pursuit of innovative energy saving ideas and loves the word "sustainable". If he is separated from mountains or his Children for too long he can get a little grumpy.
Tom subscribes to the William Blake philosophy "Great things happen when men and mountains meet" and enjoys helping young people discover the world and it's creator through the process of climbing a hill.
