We work with children and teenagers of all backgrounds, ethnicity and religion, in groups or as individuals.
We aim to encourage and empower, to develop social, emotional, spiritual & physical wellbeing and to do this according to Christian values, thereby inspiring the growth of mature role models in our community.
We aim in all we do to convey our conviction that God’s blessing extends to each and every child and to communicate this by building long-standing mentor relationships with the young people we work with.

In 2009 Ark undertook a period of research and consultation with a wide variety of community members in both Oundle and its surrounding villages. The number one top priority need identified by both adults and young people was for a facility where young people could gather to meet friends and hang out. Ark has responded to that need and developed The Pit Stop, a mobile hang-out facility and adventure activity support vehicle. Please see the News page for more.
Since 2008 Ark has been the lead sponsor of Oundle's popular summer holiday club Chattabox, which runs every August and provides a week of craft activities, music, sports and games for children aged 5 to 11. Chattabox also provides a leadership development opportunity for young people over 11 to acts as leaders and helpers during the week. And for the teenagers there is on-site camping and an afternoon and evening youth programme.
is committed to the development, support and sustainment of youth work in Oundle and the surrounding district.
